DSADMS payments and subscriptions are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing to DSADMS, you agree to the refund and cancellation terms outlined below.
You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time. You can manage or cancel your billing directly through the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal link provided in your email receipt. Upon cancellation, your auto-renewal will be disabled, and you will retain access to DSADMS until the end of your current paid billing period.
Due to the immediate digital availability of the DSADMS platform, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once billed. We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused subscription time during a billing cycle.
